What to do if you have a dead animal under your house
Animals can die at any time and hence can leave to a bad smell in the house. As soon as you smell the odor of the dead animal, try to locate it and remove it as soon as possible, so that no harmful diseases are transmitted to the person.

- Make a solution of baking soda and water. Spray this solution to the infected area in the house. This act should be followed for 2-3 times in a day so that the smell of the dead animal is completely removed from the house.
- Charcoal briquette is another item which can be used to eliminate the odor of the dead animal from the house. The smell of the dead animal may stay for a week or more in the house, so using disinfected sprays are worth it. Get the pieces of charcoal briquette and play it in different locations of the house.
- Use deodorants for the removal of the smell. Mix the deodorant with the vinegar and spray it in the house. This is an easiest and the simplest way of getting rid of the dead animal under your house. Fill the plastic cups with the vinegar and place it in the specific location. Vinegar helps in the absorption of the odor of the dead animal. This way there would be a reduction in the odor of the dead animal.
- Another way could be to use the coffee filer packs. Place those filter packs of the coffee on the floor or in the place from where the smell is coming. It is also an easy way of doing so and has a positive effect on the odor of the dead animal.
The above options would be an easy way of getting rid of the dead animal and its odor if found somewhere in the air conditioning ductwork.
